Join us for our post-election wrap-up as we will be hearing from experienced political experts, Kelly Maher and Ted Trimpa. We will be discussing the results of the 2026 election and what it means for CO and the country, why we saw the results we did and what to expect from both parties moving forward, both at the state and federal levels. Maher is a UCCS graduate, a 20-year veteran of working in politics and policy throughout the United States, and a sought-after Republican commentator. Trimpa is a nationally recognized Democratic strategist and operative, once called “Colorado’s answer to Karl Rove” by The Atlantic.

Kelly Maher
Kelly Maher, Executive Director of Compass Colorado, provides the Republican perspective on politics for 9News. She was named to the list of “40 under 40” by the American Association of Political Consultants, and has been seen on Fox News, the Daily Show, and CNN. Kelly is a 2005 LPR graduate, as well as a graduate of the LPR 2012 School of Persuasion.
